Updating WordPress seems to be the most extensive work when your network sucks. Especially when you have more than one installation. There is a HUGE demand for updating wordpress automated software. I wonder why no one decides to created one. Imagine 4 hours to upload those files, one by one via FTP (for 2 blogs). I think I rather keep up with the patch next time. If you ever skip one minor release, before, WordPress just wouldn’t tell you what files have changed in their main page, unless you go dig into the forums, the development blogs… which is very often what I try to avoid. It’s just messy.
